Badges

Deadly Dezigns can help with all your needs from design through to artwork. If you already have a badge and you simply need to have it reproduced then we can do that too.

We design and produce badges for clubs across a variety of sports and social groups. 

Here is what we need:

  • Previous Production Artwork (if available). An artwork fee will apply if this is not provided. All new designs will incur an initial artwork fee.
  • Images/Logos (Vector, AI or Corel formats)
  • Colour Codes if Specific Colours Required (CMYK)
  • Text Required Including Font Style and Placement
  • Shape & Size Required
  • Closure Required – Pin or Butterfly Clasp (see image below)
  • Quantity
  • Expected delivery i.e. date you need them by
  • Your contact Information
  • Delivery Address

If you are not sure of some of the above requirements, chat to us so we can advise you.

If you wish to have artwork on your item such as a logo or a picture then you will need to supply us with these when asking for a quote. We require artwork to be submitted in a Vector .ai or .eps format or CorelDraw .cdr format.

If an image looks blurry then it is not suitable for laser printing, web images often fall into this category. Some images may look great when small, but they may be low resolution and only a few kb (kilobytes) If you enlarge it and it shows the pixels, then it will not be suitable. 

.eps, .ai or .cdr  – are best.
.jpg  – can often be suitable if resolution is high enough.
.pdf  – is usually just suitable for viewing an image or layout in original form and depending how it is saved, can be sometimes used.
.doc  – Word files sometimes work – sometimes not.
.pub – Publisher files are not compatible – do not send these files.

Ensuring you receive your order promptly is of key importance to us. Once we receive your email, we will send you a quote. Upon notifying us that you wish to go ahead with your order from our quote we will issue an invoice. Full payment is required prior to your order being filled. 

The next step is artwork, we will commence working on this if not previously provided and once completed, you will receive a proof for approval via email.

When thinking of placing an order please allow yourself enough time for organising pre-production processes.

Production time for orders is approximately 4 weeks once you notify us acknowledging any art work approval and we have received payment in full.
